Shipping information
We deliver the product(s) ordered in the ritaartflow.com webshop throughout Hungary and to the country of destination. The ordered products are delivered domestically within 6 working days, abroad within 14 working days.
The delivery fee throughout Hungary: 10 EUR.
Delivery fee to an EU country: 23 EUR.
Shipping fee to a European country outside the EU: 30 EUR.
Delivery fee to the United States of America: 38 EUR.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
In the case of orders to Asia, Africa, Australia, the delivery fee may differ from the above, so please ask for an individual offer in writing for the delivery fee.
If you order a 100cm/1m canvas print and more than 3 prints, the delivery fee may differ from the above, so please request an individual offer in writing for the delivery fee.
If you order an original painting, ask for an individual offer in writing for delivery.

Domestic home delivery with courier service:
Delivery is made by the GLS courier company on working days between 8:00 and 17:00. In case of unsuccessful delivery due to the fault of the customer, the customer will be charged for the shipping cost, which will be invoiced.
International home delivery by courier:
The delivery is carried out by the courier company Fedex on working days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. In the case of unsuccessful delivery due to the customer’s fault, the customer will be charged for the delivery cost, which will be invoiced.

Payment methods / billing information:
The invoice is issued based on the payment method selected when ordering.
Payment by bank transfer in advance: The customer pays the total value of the order, including shipping costs, by bank transfer to the account number specified by the webshop. Please include the order number in the notice section. The ordered product/products will only be delivered after the transfer amount has been received. If the amount does not arrive on our bank account after 5 working days, your order will be automatically cancelled.
